MARCHING BAND THIS WEEK
TUESDAY - Regular rehearsal in the STADIUM. Wear WHITE.
WEDNESDAY - Nothing, get rest! Or, go to the choir concert!
THURSDAY - Rehearsal and community performance. Rain is expected, but hopefully we get a clearing. We’ll have a rain plan, if needed.
FRIDAY - Football Game - SEE BELOW
SATURDAY - SHOW DAY - SEE BELOW
Friday and Saturday, we are going to experience the coldest temperatures yet. Plan ahead with extra layers, hand warmers, and plenty of warmer items to wear on Saturday when we are not in uniform.
COMMUNITY NIGHT
The most important performance of the year is the one for those that love us! Rehearsal on Thursday will culminate with a performance.
Uniform Closet will open at 5:15pm, rehearsal starts at 6pm, and performance at 8pm.
BAND-O
FINAL PUSH!! Bando has begun! A $20 raffle ticket gets you a chance to win up to $5,000. and you get to support the best band ever. What's not great about that? First, second, and third place ticket sellers win money and get a chance to participate in the inflatable obstacle course at Community Night.

5:00pm Arrive - Get Instruments and Have Appropriate Shoes On
5:15pm Warmup and Mini-Rehearsal
6:00pm Change (Traditional sleeves stay on and we’ll wear parkas in the stands)
6:20pm Percussion move to stadium
6:25pm Winds and Guard Line up and Move to Stadium
6:40pm Pre-Game Tunnel
6:58pm Fight Song/National Anthem

OCTOBER PARENT BOOSTER MEETING
Join us on Wednesday, October 14th, at 6:30pm for our monthly meeting that helps determine funding, volunteerism, and advocacy for our students. Enter through Door P. NOTE: We are starting earlier due the choir concert.
ABSENCES
Attendance at all rehearsals and performances is mandatory. Our success as a group depends on the commitment of every individual. When a member is absent, it directly impacts the entire ensemble's ability to prepare and perform at its best.
Attendance directly affects a student's grade and performance status. We encourage students to balance their commitments and prioritize their involvement. We understand conflicts happen, just please communicate!
Absence Reporting: If a student will miss a full band rehearsal or performance for an excused absence, a parent or guardian must complete the Absence Report Form at the link below.
Do not email the directors about absences unless you have a specific question. The form is the required method for reporting.
Filling out the form does not automatically excuse an absence. The director will review the submission.
