REHEARSAL: Wednesday, October 29th, 2:20-3:20pm for 9th Grade Percussion, Concert Band, and Symphonic Band.

8th Grade in Cafeteria
5:45pm Ready to go ON STAGE, Brief Warmup and Welcome 8th Graders
6:00pm Skeleton Crawl Rehearsal with 8th Graders
6:20pm CB/SB/9th Perc. Move to BAND ROOM to RUN Concert Pieces
Wind Ensemble - Choir Room to TUNE
Wind Ens. Perc. - Help 8th Graders
8th Grade - Rehearsals on STAGE, if needed
6:50pm IN PLACES
7:00pm CONCERT BEGINS

CONCERT ATTIRE:
You have two options: Costumes or Concert Black!
If you choose a costume, please keep the following rules in mind:
Costumes must be school appropriate.
They may not include any weapons (fake or real).
No masks are allowed during the performance or rehearsal, but they are fine for quick pictures.
Your costume may not impede your ability to play your instrument.
Costume Contest with prizes will be happening!
PHONE POLICY: This concert is an extension of the classroom. All phone and electronic device policies are applicable.
PARENTS/AUDIENCE MEMBERS: Door N will be open for entrance to the building. This is on the EAST side of the school. Enter from 119th Street. Doors to the auditorium will open at 6:30pm.
