2026-2027 BAND INFORMATION NIGHT
MONDAY!!
BAND TRIP 2026-2027
We will travel to Orlando, FL during Spring Break 2027. Dates will be between March 30th and April 6th.
Details will be distributed in a trip meeting on April 22nd at 7pm. (This is following the band info night)
COLORGUARD AND PERCUSSION WORKSHOPS
Workshops for Colorguard and Percussion will begin NEXT MONDAY 4/27 and WEDNESDAY 4/29 from 6-8pm. Meet in the BAND ROOM AREA (Door P).
These workshops are for current 8th-11th grade students.
JAZZ ENSEMBLE PERFORMANCES
On Thursday, April 23rd, the Jazz Ensemble will be opening for the Shawn Maxwell group. The concert will start at 7:00 PM. Students and parents are encouraged to stay throughout the entire performance of both groups, and the concert will conclude around 9:00 PM. The Venue is located at 21 S Broadway Ave in Aurora IL.
Free parking is available in the parking lot approximately 1 block Southeast of the Venue (see the attached image) There is also street parking available on Broadway (at your own risk). Please do not park across the street in the bank parking lot- you will be towed.
The venue serves beverages, so they do not allow any outside beverages. They also sell some snacks (such as chips and candy), but do encourage guests to bring in prepared food from local restaurants in the area.
We look forward to seeing you at these performances. The Jazz Ensemble has worked very hard this year for these!
SPRING FINALE CONCERT (5/1/26)
Our final concert of the year is coming up! As we approach the concert, here are a few time considerations.
Concert Band and 9th Grade Percussion Pre-Concert Rehearsal will be on Thursday, April 30th, 2:20-3pm.
Call Time on May 1st for ALL STUDENTS is at 5:45pm.

TREATS AND BEATS (5/7/26)
Our Spring Event, Treats and Beats, will be held on Thursday, May 7 from 6:30 to 8:30 in the PNHS Cafeteria. We are looking for volunteers to help the evening of the event.
