SPRING FINALE CONCERT 5/1

Our Spring Finale Concert is just around the corner! Please review the rehearsal schedule, call times, and performance flow below.

Pre-Concert Rehearsal (9th Graders)

• Thursday, April 30th: 9th Grade Concert Band and Percussion Rehearsal

  • Time: 2:20 PM – 3:00 PM

  • Location: Auditorium

Friday, May 1st: Concert Night Timeline

• 5:15 PM: Music Wing Opens (Doors N and P will be unlocked)

  • Instrument Storage: CB/SB in the Choir Room | WE in the Band Room

• 5:45 PM: ALL Band Members – Ready on stage for Finale Setup

• 6:15 PM: Concert Band sound check (Paper Cut) | Symphonic Band Meeting/Tuning (Choir Room)

• 6:25 PM: Percussion Setup and Rehearsal (On Stage)

• 6:30 PM: Wind Ensemble Meeting and Tuning (Band Room)

• 6:45 PM: Doors Open for Audience

• 7:00 PM: CONCERT BEGINS

Performance Order: Symphonic Percussion → Wind Ensemble Percussion → Concert Band → Symphonic Band → Wind Ensemble → Letter Awards → Scholarships → Senior Slideshow → FINALE

Concert Wear Requirements

Students are responsible for providing their own formal concert attire. The look is All Black.

• Bottoms: Black dress pants/slacks or black skirts/dresses (must be knee-length or longer). No leggings or jeans.

• Tops: Black long-sleeve button-up dress shirt (with collar) or long-sleeve blouse. A solid black long tie is optional.

• Shoes: Black dress shoes (flats only). Marching band shoes are acceptable. No flip-flops, sandals, high heels, or platforms.

• Socks: Black dress socks (calf-high). Socks are not required for female-style shoes that do not typically take them.
