MARCHING BAND THIS WEEK We are in our beginning of the year routine with Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday practices!! Tuesday is 6-9pm, Thursday will be 6-8:30pm as we acclimate to school days, and Saturday will run from 8:30am-4pm with the Car Wash
FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL
With school starting on THURSDAY, students do not need to bring instruments on the first day. We’ll get lockers assigned so students can put their instruments in there on Thursday night and have them ready for school on Friday.
CAR WASH
Our annual Band Car Wash is coming up on Saturday, August 15th, from 9am-1pm. We raise some money and use some teamwork1
Get those pledges and sell some tickets!!
Band Members will rotate between the Car Wash and Rehearsal. It is expected that students are there.

DINING OUT - OBERWEIS 8/26/26
We’ll have a dining out fundraiser for dessert on Wednesday, August 26th, at Oberweis in Naperville. They would like us to RSVP to prepare. Here is the link:

BAND PARENTS: We’re looking for a volunteer to help administer our Google Workspace environment. Our current admin will be graduating out next year, so we’d like to have someone onboard this year for a smooth transition. If you have experience with Google Workspace administration and are interested in helping, please reach out to neil.witek@pnhsbands.org.
MUSIC TRIP 2026-2027
AS WE GET STARTED WITH SCHOOL, WE ARE WORKING WITH THE CHOIR DIRECTORS TO BRING YOU AN UPDATE! We’ll be working to fit more people onto the trip depending on chaperone ratio and up to date payments, stay tuned.
