MARCHING BAND THIS WEEK Tuesday and Wednesday 6-9pm THIS WEEK ONLY due to Curriculum Night on Thursday!! Friday Football Game (see details below), and Saturday will run from 8:30am-4pm with the Car Wash
FOOTBALL GAME (8/21) - SENIOR NIGHT
Here is our expected schedule for FRIDAY:
5:00pm Uniform Closet Opens (Change in Auditorium)
5:45pm Senior Parents Meet on Track by Scoreboard, Line Up in 2s/Move to Stadium/Uniform Closet is CLOSED
6:00pm Pre-Game Tunnel - Senior Night: Football, Cheer, Dance, Band, Choir; Seniors find parents in Lane 3
6:40pm Following Senior Night and Football Team Runout: Music Warmups in SECTIONS
6:58pm Fight Song/National Anthem
7:00pm Estimated Game Start
8:00pm Estimated Time of Halftime - Part 1 (0-32 & Fight Song)
8:30pm Equipment Back to Band Room, Meet on Island, Change (Hang Uniform Up Appropriately), Dismissal
9:00pm Estimated Time for Student Pickup

PARENTS: To observe the band perform for games, you will need to purchase an entrance at the ticket box office.
CAR WASH (STILL NEED PARENT VOLUNTEERS!)
Our annual Band Car Wash is coming up on Saturday, August 15th, from 9am-1pm. We raise some money and use some teamwork!
Get those pledges and sell some tickets!!
Band Members will rotate between the Car Wash and Rehearsal. It is expected that students are there.

SHOW SHIRT ORDERS (DUE 8/23)
STUDENTS ARE ALREADY RECEIVING A SHOW T-SHIRT. This link is for parents/families that would like to order one AND if students would like a hoodie.
MARCHING BAND PAYMENTS

Payment for fees can be done by:
Online payment via Cut Time with a Credit Card. This method does include a 3% service fee. Links have been sent regarding this.
Pay by check or cash and deposited in the red box in Mr. Hatcher’s office (this is the easiest) or send via mail. Please make checks payable to PNHS Band Boosters and write the student’s name on the memo line.

AS WE GET STARTED WITH SCHOOL, WE ARE WORKING WITH THE CHOIR DIRECTORS TO BRING YOU AN UPDATE! We’ll be working to fit more people onto the trip depending on chaperone ratio and up to date payments, stay tuned.
